The former auction site in Venlo, spanning approximately 70,000 m² of asphalt and old auction halls, is being transformed into a vibrant green living environment.

Challenge

Develop area branding for the former auction site in Venlo: from brand identity and visual style to website and communication.

Approach

Through team sessions, the essence of the new brand was carefully defined and translated into a powerful identity that supports the transformation of this 70,000 m² living area. This process led to the creation of a visual identity, brand story, website, and all communication related to the project.

Visual identity

The logo is inspired by the rich history of the area, taking its design cues from the trusses of the old auction halls. These distinctive trusses will become a focal point of the new area development.

Veilingterrein Venlo envisions the potential of a space where anything is possible. A place where residents, businesses, and schools collaborate to create a healthy and innovative living environment—with an optimistic mindset and an open perspective.

Positive living

A broader view of vitality and health.

The first step towards positive health: a mindset that contributes positively to both ourselves and our environment. From healthy eating and active lifestyles to education and sustainable entrepreneurship, the choices we make today shape a better tomorrow.

Website

During the initial phase of the rebranding introduction, the website tells the new story of Veilingterrein Venlo. In subsequent phases, storytelling will gradually give way to conversion.
