SDK Vastgoed participated in Dutch Design Week 2019 with an interactive Augmented Reality installation for the De Bakermat project in Eindhoven. The installation was developed by Gewest13 and VRVenture.

De Bakermat is a unique project by SDK Vastgoed, conceptualized in 2017 by Gewest13. The architectural design is the result of an unconventional collaboration between Van Aken CAE architects and designer Maarten Baas. The AR installation brings this innovative project to life.

At the Kazerne during DDW, you can explore the exhibition Circular>Materialists. This exhibition delves into how designers tackle the inherently paradoxical theme of sustainable design. Featuring over 40 works by both renowned and emerging designers, the showcase includes contributions from Sigi Ahl (curated by Lidewij Edelkoort), Studio Dirk van der Kooij, Studio Drift, Benjamin Motoc, and Baiba Soma.
